Tracing Family Branches

Today's wedding involves my 1st cousin four times removed Olive Marion Twemlow.  Olive was the daughter of Francis (Frank) Twemlow and his wife Tamar nee Guymer (see here for more information on this family).  While Arthur was the son of Benjamin and his wife Rhoda nee Jones.  Olive was Arthur's third wife; his first wife who he married in 1892, Emeline Elizabeth Beer nee Blackshaw died in 1903 and his second wife who he married in 1907, Martha Jane Beer nee Burgess died in 1923.  He was to marry one more time after Olive's death in 1943 when he married Marjory J Sutton.  Arthur Benjamin Beer died in 1945 at Goulburn. Today’s post involves my 1st cousins four times removed Charles Twemlow and his sister Ada Rigelsford nee Twemlow.  They were the children of Francis Twemlow and his wife Tamar nee Guymer.  Another post involving this family can be found here . Today’s post involves my 4th Great Aunt Tamar Twemlow nee Guymer.  The daughter of David Guymer and his wife Marianne nee Bentley she was born in Great Wratting, England around 1842.  In 1853 she came to Australia with her parents and some of her siblings on board the ship Harriet .  In 1862 she married Francis Twemlow at Goulburn and together they had a large family.  Francis died in 1913 at Goulburn.  Tamar died at her residence in Reynold Street, Goulburn and was buried at the Old Goulburn Cemetery in 1924.
